We are happy to see that these licenses are being used frequently, and even led to being nominated for a LinkedIn Talent Award over the past year. The LinkedIn Talent Awards celebrates teams around the world who are innovating, learning, and developing their skills for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IDA is Learning Champion finalist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We are nominated as a finalist in the category \u2018Learning Champion \u2013 Public Sector\u2019 by the LinkedIn Data and Insights Team. They analysed the performance, results, and impact of organisations who are using LinkedIn Talents Solutions. This award recognises organisations who are invested in the learning and development of their employees. The criteria for this category are based on activation of learning seats and repeat learning across the business, but also considers the average learning time per user, the percentage of repeat learners, and the average percentage of logins to the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning at IDA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As an employer, we aim to create an open learning environment for all our people. We achieve this by stimulating learning on the job. This includes (online) courses and workshops for our employees to build and develop their professional knowledge as well as social skills, helping them to&nbsp; grow within the organisation.&nbsp; Besides offering LinkedIn Learning licenses to our staff, we organise social learning courses and \u2018Future of\u2026\u2019 sessions where we invite guest speakers to tell us about partnerships, joint ventures, sustainability, among others. Recently, we held a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.idafoundation.org\/en\/blog\/post\/educating-our-teams-on-gender-equality\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">session on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)<\/a>&nbsp;with a specific focus on gender equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LinkedIn Learning platform<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>LinkedIn Learning is a tool that helps support employee performance and personalise learning opportunities. As IDA believes in a learning culture, and to encourage the use of the tool, employees are free to spend up to and hour a week on LinkedIn Learning during work hours.
