For this occasion we asked a few team members, among which our Director HR, to tell us what diversity means to them and how IDA is addressing this. We believe that creating a safe environment for our employees enables them to develop their skills and to exploit every opportunity to learn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IDA Foundation is proud to have a diverse team, capturing diversity through different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, ages, gender, sexual orientation and physical ability. We believe that having a diverse team means that we can complement each others talents. In the video below, some of our team members shared a little more about their thoughts on this subject.
